Why I made this blog

It was suggested by xracer66 on POF to start a blog on profiles. I can critique the hell out of profiles .. so lets start with his.

He seems like a very nice guy. His message to me was very nice and I appreciate that. So I am going to do a free critique on his profile.

First I want to say he has very nice pics up. They seem to represent who he is and I like that.

Now for the About Me section:

I work hard so I can play hard. I love the outdoors, hike, ski, motorcycling etc. I do like to take advantage of this great state we live in. I also love to take in a good movie or go to a museum or even perhaps the theater. I do love to travel; including a lot of (Very good up until this part. WTF?? Whats up with the abbreviation??) Wknd Get-Aways. I would like to meet someone that is tired of all the games and drama. (Um.. are there really people out there that like the games and drama.. and if there are.. would they know it if they did?? Well except for me of course .. but thats why I came up with my profile. ) I don’t have time for them do you? I'd like to meet a lady who thinks family and friends are important, also needs to be honest and have a great outlook on life. Is this you? Then send me a (again whats with the abbreviation?) msg and let’s talk.

Now this is in the first date section:

My Ideal Person:
Similar type person, one that is honest and open and is willing to see where this all might lead. Must be willing to try new things and have an adventure for life. Must be comfortable in a t-shirt & jeans or that SEXY little black dress. (actually I think this is good but should be up in the about me section. Although I might agree that the "first date" thing is pretty dumb.. i think it should be "a great date" so we can see how creative you are.)

Now he also has a testimony on there.. which if you read my profile you will know I think is a dumb thing but this chick didn't even spell check her testimony.

This man is one of the nicest most patient person i have ever mn(um.. met? did they meet face to face?) my entire life. He has such a kind heart and is just genuinely a sweet man. Its always so pleasant and comfortable to chat and talk with him. (maybe they didn't meet face to face) Need i say more? I think not. . . (Ok .. so what is the purpose of this testimony? Comments?)

My Profile on Plenty of Fish

I am here solely to play head games. I mean..that's what everyone is looking for right.. I saw it on ALL the profiles I have read.. I have the required prerequisite of 95% of all guys on here want - stupendously bodacious ta tas.

I can give a retarded testimony upon request .. as that is what every woman wants to see .. yea this guy is wonderful and sweet and hot BUT not for me because blah blah blah.. um yea.. I want something you didn't want.. give me a freaking break.

I did spend more than most on this profile..I think it took me a whopping 3 minutes to write. Does anyone ever look at their profile after they write it?? If you want a free profile critique .. just ask.

Now this I would really like to know.. why is it that guys who do NOT have pics on here always ask if you have MORE pics??? I have a question tho.. why can a guy show nipples on here but if a woman does its considered nudity?? No .. I am NOT gonna show my nipples don't ask. I just wondered is all.

More pet peeves in a nutshell: Prefer Not To Say – Just say it!; Age and height in the About Me section - Its posted directly above AND it keeps itself UPDATED; Pics with other chicks in them (the exception is you make comment that the chick is your daughter or mother or sister) or badly cropped pics, or sideways pics. Any mail setting restrictions except for “Live in United States” who cares if they don’t fit exactly what you are looking for.. just send them a little note, are you too busy with all the TONS of messages you get?? Which brings me to another peeve. If someone takes the time to send you a message (as long as it is not an idiot message like What size is your...) take the time to send a quick message back. A simple Thanks would work.

Why do people put you on their favorites? without chatting with you?? A couple of reasons women do it. 1. They are interested in you but do not want to make the first contact. Sorta like a wink or an ice breaker on other sites. or 2. Your restrictions block her from contacting you. So if you find yourself on someone's favorites, send them a message and break the ice. If they do not respond remove them!!

What does "down to earth" mean?? You work in a coal mine? You shovel dirt? You are not an alien? Well whatever it is .. there are a ton of people looking for it.

I just want to roll my eyes at all the "This is the hard part talking about myself" Take it from me you don't have to write anything about yourself. But if you do please please do NOT write that or any form of that.

WTF is up with "must not have messaged users for sex" if someone is bold enough to put "looking for intimate encounter" why should someone be punished/ restricted to send others messages when 99.9% of the guys on here are looking for that and probably 80% have asked for it but call it "looking for long term or dating"???

Yea I am more than a few extra pounds .. a BBW to be exact..but alot of people do not have a clue what a BBW is... BBW means Big Beautiful Woman the politically correct way of saying FAAAAT chick. I think it should be LSW for Luscious Squishy Woman and then I could be a LSWWSBTT Can anyone guess what that stands for?

A date.. people actually ask you out on dates?? hmmmm.. thats a sham .. they SAY they want a date but its more like .. I wanna see the twins in person .. and see how far she will let me go.. so be real .. lets just meet in a deserted parking lot or a dark alley.

WTF is up with "if we click". You should know before you meet if you are not going to be able to stand the person. You do not have to "click" to have a good time with someone. Now if you said.."if we click" we can head out to the parking lot or dark alley .. to me that would be the only reason to care "if we click".

Ok so I went to the beach the other day and I wondered.. hmmm how could walking on the beach be romantic.. first its difficult to walk on, second its hard to talk when you are out of breath, and third there were a ton of people there. Now getting to the beach and sitting on a deck sipping a nice cool drink.. ok that could be nice.
